I am 26. Over 18 months I went from 247 pounds to 187 pounds. I tracked everything — nutrition, training, sleep, blood panels, DEXA scans every 90 days, and a compound research protocol I designed and documented obsessively.

This is not a weight loss program. This is my research journal. I am not a doctor. Nothing here is medical advice.

"The data does not lie. That is why I trust it. Every decision in my protocol is backed by a number, not a feeling."

The Research Compounds I Added

At month 6 I began researching metabolic peptide compounds after reading published in vitro literature on cellular energy metabolism and receptor signaling. I added SPR-2TR to my research stack at month 7 and documented the period as a separate tracking phase.

Before sourcing I verified the COA through Solara Peptide Research — Accumark verified, 99.958% purity, batch number I confirmed independently before ordering. I will not source anything without that standard.

The lean mass preservation through a 60-pound deficit is the data point that surprised me most. I attribute this to the overall protocol design — but I cannot isolate any single variable including the compound research component.

What I Would Do Differently

Start DEXA scans at month one not month three. The 90-day gap in early data is a hole I wish I had filled. If you are designing a similar protocol start your baseline measurements before you change anything.
